There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress.
